The Association for Truth and Fairness is dedicated to protecting the victims of gross legal injustices.  Our goal is a formidable one, for in today’s litigious world innocence is not enough – reputations are destroyed, futures are made uncertain, and families are buried in mountains of legal fees.

The young men of the Duke Lacrosse team were falsely accused for political gain. No one should have their future squandered because one person believes they are above the law. We the undersigned, pledge our support to prevent such abuses of power occurring in the future. What happened to these young men should never happen to anyone again!
